The contract of sale comes into effect upon delivery of the goods ordered by you. Basically, I send ordered goods only after receipt of payment.
All prices are in Euro, incl. German VAT and plus shipping costs.
You can pay by bank transfer or Paypal.
The goods remain my property until full payment.
For deliveries within Germany I charge 5.95 Euro for packaging and shipping costs, abroad 9.95 Euro. In the case of deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may also be incurred which are not included in the total price displayed. Please ask me in case you are not sure whether this might apply to you, I am happy to help.
Shipment is made by Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD, with shipment tracking. Unless otherwise stated, I deliver goods which is in stock within Germany within 1-5 working days to you. If you pay by cash in advance, the delivery period begins with the receipt of the payment on my account. Delivery time to other European countries is 2-14 days. Delivery times to other parts of the world may also be longer due to the long distance post; please ask me in case of doubt. All displayed goods are usually in stock. Should this not be the case in exceptional cases, I reserve the right to arrange a new delivery date with you. I will contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach an agreement, I will cancel the order and refund your payment immediately.
The clothes of Wind-Wetter-Zeug are made of natural materials. They are long-time companions who offer much more comfort than plastic clothing made of petroleum; however, they need care to stay beautiful, stable and functional for a long time.The weatherproof cotton fabric I use is not waterproof like a plastic tarpaulin; in particular, in order to maintain its water-repellent properties, you have to reimpregnate it regularly. Please refer to my care instructions on the website and the washing instructions on the garments.
All goods from my shop are covered by legal warranty rights. In addition, the following applies: For the processing of my products I assume a lifetime guarantee, except for zippers. I do not assume any warranty for damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.
Wind-Wetter-Zeug does not sell mass-produced goods, but lovingly man-made products made of natural materials. If you should not be satisfied with a BUX garment despite the use of the best materials and my careful examination, please contact me - no matter how long you have been using it. I'm sure we'll find a solution. Complaints due to minor deviations in colour and design are excluded.
