Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To do this, you must clearly inform me (BUX, Wind-Wetter-Zeug, Zora Heinicke, Alter Schlachthof 25A, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, e-mail: hallo@windwetterzeug.de) of your decision to cancel the contract, for example by e-mail or by post; to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, I will refund all payments made by you immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. I reserve the right to make the repayment only after receipt of the returned goods.
You must return the goods to me within 14 days of informing me of your cancellation; to meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the goods before the return period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
 
Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made products that I have made according to your wishes.
